Pet Blessing
ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 1, in honor of St. Francis of Assisi, patron saint of animals, we will observe the Blessing of Pets. We will gather in front of the Parish Center at 12:00PM and for the peacefulness of all, be sure your beloved pet is leashed or caged. In the event of inclement weather, you are asked to remain in your car and drive around the church circle and Monsignor will bless your pet in the car. During the month of October, we will also be accepting donations of pet food and supplies for the Hillside SPCA. Donation bins will be located in the vestibule of the church.
