Ever wonder why birds fly in flocks when they migrate and don’t fly alone or in pairs or small groups? Each bird when it flaps its wings, creates uplift for the bird that follows. Together, whole flocks gain about 70% greater flying distance than if they had traveled alone. Prayer works in much the same way. United together and uplifted by the prayers of others, we can make our journey through life and to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ much more easily than if we were traveling alone. Our Lady invites us to pray her Rosary together as a group as she leads us to her Son. Members of our Retreat Team invite you to join our flock the First Saturday, August 7th at 3:45PM in Our Lady Chapel as we pray the Rosary of Glory while meditating on the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary and her Queenship of Heaven.
